I have recently returned from your Yangtze River and Culture Delights tour. And all I can say is thank you the entire tour was so much better than I could have possibly imagined. I do not know where to start, the guides and drivers were sensational and the included activities were made even better by these wonderful people their extensive knowledge of their respective city’s just made it so much more exciting, I think I learnt more about China’s history in my 13 days than I did in the 13 years I spent at school. (even though that was a while back).
The accommodation was first rate and everybody everywhere went out of their way to make our experience amazing. The food was exceptional on all occasions, and the Yangtze is not to be missed. I could go on with so much more but will just finish in saying that if in doubt about which tour company to use for your China experience don’t compromise go with Selective you will not be disappointed.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an experience. Unbelievable, hard to find words to describe our time in China. The reason we all had such a wonderful time was because of your planning, excellent itinerary and tour arrangements. All the tour guides were wonderful especially Rosie in Beijing, nothing was any trouble for her and she was such a great help when we had to catch the train from Beijing to Xian. We hope to one day travel again to China and see more.

“My hubby & I did a private tour in March April. 23 days covering Beijing, Datong, Xian, Luoyang, Shanghai, Guilin,Yangshou & Hong Kong. The benefit of going with this company is that the trip will run with a minimum of 2 ( We were booked with a diff company which cancelled our trip as it didn't get the minimum of 6)
The organization was great. Guides spoke good English & were very helpful, hotels were 3 star and although not fancy were generally clean. Breakfasts were a mixture of Chinese & Western, something for all tastes. We tried various modes of transport all of which were fine. It would have wasted quite a lot of time if we had needed to organise our own transport due to the language difficulties but our guides did it all. We did tip guides and drivers (as recommended) but didn't mind doing this as they did a good job. All in all a relaxing holiday. We would definitely recommend Selective based on our experiences.”
