Day 1 - 2 Guilin
Arriving in Guilin, you will be transferred to your hotel. The next day, tour Guilin’s beautiful rural countryside, Longsheng, to see 800 year old rice terraces. Wander through tiny stone pathways and see traditional wooden houses on stilts and the villages of the Zhuang people. Visit Guilin’s mountain to see the best rice terrace scenery and in the evening, sample a local specialty dinner. (1B/1D)

Day 3 Li River Cruise
Enjoy a spectacular Li River cruise and see uniquely-shaped mountains, villages and water buffalos. Disembark at the traditional country town of Yangshuo and explore local markets. (1B/1L/1D)

Day 4 Yangshuo
Spend the day in Yangshou at your own leisure. Explore the countryside and local villages and see rice paddies and fish farms. Try bamboo boat drifting, go cycling or pick up some bargains while taking in the sights of Guilin. (1B)

Day 5 Guilin
Transferring back to Guilin in the morning, you will visit Guilin’s Reed Flute Cave which is also known as the “Palace of Natural Art”, named after the dense, verdant reeds which grow at its entrance. Inside the cave is a world of ancient stalactites, stone pillars and bizarre carbonate rock formations, all gently lit to highlight their unique beauty. View the beautiful vista of the Elephant Trunk Hill, an iconic attraction of Guilin which resembles an enormous trunk on the bank of Guilin’s Li River. Explore local streets before boarding an overnight train to Shenzhen. (1B/1D)

Day 6 Hong Kong
Arriving in Shenzhen, you will travel by train to Hong Kong and make your own way to the hotel.

Day 7 Depart Hong Kong
You will be transferred to Hong Kong airport for your onward flight. (1B)
