Day 1 Cochin
Arriving in Cochin, you will be transferred to the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 2 Cochin
In the morning, embark on a private heritage walking tour of Fort Cochin including a visit to the Chinese Nets at Vasco Da Gama Square. Tour Mattancherry Palace, St Francis Church, and the Jewish Synagogue and enjoy a delicious Keralan dinner on banana leaves in the evening as part of your tour package. (B/D)

Day 3 Cochin / Periyar National Park
Enjoy a scenic drive to Periyar National Park, South India’s most popular wildlife sanctuary. On the way, you will see a stunning view of tea gardens, rubber estates and coffee and pepper plantations. Stay for two nights and enjoy your escorted tour in Periyar. (B)

Day 4 Periyar National Park
After breakfast, enjoy a morning lake cruise inside the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Indulge in a delicious picnic lunch and explore the reserve to find tigers, elephants and deer. (B)

Day 5 Periyar – Backwater cruise
Arriving in Kumarakom, board your house boat for a relaxing cruise on the backwaters. See the palm-fringed landscape, colourful villages and friendly locals. Enjoy an overnight stay on the boat with a private bedroom and bathroom and indulge in delicious Keralan meals onboard. (B/L/D)

Day 6 Alleppy / Kovalam Beach
Drive to the coastal resort of Kovalam. Tour Kovalam and relax on the beautiful beach. (B)

Depart Kovalam and transfer to Trivandrum airport for your onward flight. (B)
