Day 1 Delhi
Arriving in Delhi, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 Delhi
Visit India’s largest mosque, the Jama Masjid, and ride a rickshaw through the narrow lanes of Old Delhi. Driving past Red Fort to New Delhi, you’ll see Humayun’s Tomb which has been listed as a World Heritage Site. Explore Connaught Place, Delhi’s local social hub, before indulging in a local specialty dinner in the evening as part of your private tour. (B/D)

Day 3 Delhi / Agra
Board the Taj Express train to Agra and enjoy an afternoon tour of the colossal Agra Fort where you will view the Taj Mahal for the first time. Marvel at the Taj Mahal’s beauty, brilliance and exquisite craftsmanship and learn about marble art and craft at a marble inlay workshop. (B)

Day 4 Agra / Fathpur Sikri / Jaipur
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise at the magnificent Taj Mahal and after breakfast at the hotel, head to the “Pink City” of Jaipur. You will pass through Fathpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor as his capital and arriving in Jaipur, you will be transferred to the hotel and be given the rest of the day to spend at your own leisure. Day 5 Jaipur
Visit the Palace of Winds, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. Take photos at the beautiful Lake Palace and go for an elephant ride to Amber Fort to explore its magnificent interior with its exquisite paintings and intricate carvings on the walls and ceilings. Spend the rest of the day at your own leisure. Enjoy bargain shopping at the markets and collect some of Jaipur’s famous handicrafts. (B)

Day 6 Jaipur / Pushkar
Arriving in the holy city of Pushkar which is famous for its annual camel fair, you will visit Ajmer, a city with a fascinating mix of Sufi culture and Hindu religion. Soak in the cultural and spiritual and explore the colourful and vibrant Pushkar Bazaar. (B)

Day 7 Pushar / Khimsar
Enjoy a morning stroll along Pushkar Lake and travel to the unique 14th century Brahma Temple which is the only one dedicated to Lord Brahma in India. Travelling to Khimsar Forts and Sand Dunes, you’ll get the opportunity to ride on a camel cart along the final stretch of road to a secluded camp. See a magnificent sunset over the sand dunes and stay overnight at Khimsar Forts. (B)

Day 8 Khimsar / Jodhpur
In the morning, ride on a jeep through Khimsar’s surrounding countryside. Travel through charming local villages and farmlands before returning to the fort for lunch. After lunch, travel to Jodhpur, one of the major cultural centres of Rajasthan. (B)

Day 9 Jodhpur
In Jodhpur, visit one of India’s most majestic forts, the Mehrangarh Fort, with its stunning views of the city. Take a tour of Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace and explore the local markets full of exotic spices and colourful fabrics. (B)

Day 10 Jodhpur / Udaipur
Leaving Jodphur, you will travel to one of India’s most romantic cities, Udaipur, and pass through the infamous Ranakpur Jain Temple which was constructed in the 15th century. (B)

Day 11 - 12 Udaipur
In Udaipur, explore the largest palace complex in Rajasthan, the Lakeside City Palace. Visit Udaipur’s museum and see the Jagdish Temple to feast your eyes upon magnificent Indo-Aryan carvings. Wander through the beautiful Garden of the Maids of Honour and go on a relaxing sunset cruise on the Lake Pichola. On day 12, your escorted tour will end with a transfer to the airport. (B)
